Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to products purchased from Just Another Idea using a subscription, recurring purchase or other purchase option that involves future automatic payments.
Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases
When you purchase a subscription or recurring product, you authorise the payment method provided at checkout to be charged automatically at the price and frequency shown when you place your order.
The subscription will continue according to the frequency selected until it ends or is cancelled.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders and charges once the cancellation has taken effect.
Orders Already Processed
If a recurring payment has already been taken and the associated order has entered processing before your cancellation is received or completed, cancellation of the subscription will not automatically cancel that individual order.
Any rights you have to cancel or return that particular order will depend on the type of product purchased and our Refund Policy.
This is particularly important for personalised, custom-made or digital products, which may have different cancellation rights.
Skipping, Pausing or Changing a Subscription
Where these options are available, you may be able to skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, change your delivery frequency, update your payment method or update your delivery details through your customer account.
Available options may depend on the subscription or purchase option you selected.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be collected from your chosen payment method, we may attempt to collect payment again or contact you to update your payment information.
Orders will not normally be dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received.
Price or Subscription Changes
If we make a material change to the price, frequency or important terms of an ongoing subscription, we will provide any notice required by applicable UK consumer law before that change takes effect.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Where UK law gives you a cooling-off or cancellation right in addition to the cancellation options described above, those legal rights will continue to apply.
Our main Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Shipping & Delivery Policy may also apply to individual orders made through a subscription.
