We want your cups and tumblers to stay looking their best for as long as possible, so here’s the easiest way to care for them.

Can Glasses & Bamboo Lids

The glass itself is dishwasher safe, but repeated high-temperature washes can cause printed designs to fade over time. For the best print life, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle/eco dishwasher cycle.

Bamboo lids: Hand wash only. Do not soak or put them in the dishwasher, as bamboo can swell, crack or split. Remove the silicone seal when cleaning, wash underneath it, then allow the lid and seal to dry fully before putting them back together.

Clean reusable straws thoroughly with a straw brush after use.

Insulated Steel Tumblers

For the best print longevity, we recommend hand washing your tumbler rather than regularly using high-temperature dishwasher cycles.

Wash the lid and straw thoroughly after use. Remove the rubber seal from the lid regularly so you can clean underneath it, then make sure everything is completely dry before replacing the seal. This helps prevent moisture and mould build-up.

Use the supplied straw cleaner to clean inside the straw properly.

Cold Cups

Cold cups are for cold drinks only.

Hand wash only and do not soak or fully submerge the whole cup. Wash the lid and straw separately and clean them thoroughly after use.

Avoid high temperatures, dishwashers and hot drinks, as heat can damage or distort the cup.
